Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
Yes, you can! Return items must first be approved by Salty Magnolia before initiating your refund. To begin the process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
GENERAL NOTE: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out to you.
-All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery date.
-All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with original tags. Approval for return is at the discretion of Salty Magnolia.
-We are happy to provide you with a return shipping, however return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use our provided shipping label, the cost will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-All accessories, intimates and sale items are FINAL SALE. (Accessories/intimates include: jewelry, purses, bralettes, swimwear.)
